Our recent trip to Disney World was amazing thanks to Ashley. She was very knowledgeable about Disney which took all the stress out of planning the trip. She was very experienced in knowing what resorts, restaurants and activities fit our budget and our family. This made for a worry-free vacation. We were able to sit back and enjoy our 1st trip to Disney with our kids. Ashley was available at all times throughout to answer our questions and concerns. We truly could not have had a better time! We look forward to working with you again. Thank you Small World Big Fun and Ashley Russell.

Sarah saved our daughter’s 6th birthday! After planning a trip on our own a year in advance and having it “accidentally canceled” by the cruise line, we were left with no vacation less than two weeks from the time of our travel dates. I reached out to Sarah and within 2 days we had an even better trip planned! We learned that a travel agent is an absolute must! The cruise line that canceled our trip even told us to use a travel agent going forward! Sarah saved the birthday and will be our forever travel agent. She really knows her stuff and makes it so easy.

Sarah Jones has planned 2 trips for our family for birthday celebrations at Disneyworld, and what a joy it has been working with her! I am 65 and “grew up” with Disney, being only an hour away from the gates. But it is much harder to navigate these days since I am electronically challenged. Sarah got us reservations I could never have accomplished at “Be Our Guest” and “Space 220” restaurants. The tips for which parks to choose and details every step of the way we’re so helpful and I would not dream of going back without her planning. Accommodations were just what we needed and the children would have been happy with just all there is at the hotels. Have fun on your trip!

Sarah Jones was an amazing travel agent. She got us all the reservations that we wanted. She was very accommodating. She definitely works around the clock, I received an email notification at 3am one morning, getting us reservations at one of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be using her again in the future.

Having done the Disney college program (way back when) and having taken numerous trips to Disney, I have always considered myself a “Disneyologist.” However, even with all of my knowledge and experience, I still seek out Ashley’s help in planning each of my Disney trips. Whether it is a fast pass reservation or a dining reservation, she leaves no stone unturned in trying to secure the best possible time and location for me. Through her research, she has found wonderful deals which have saved me hundreds of dollars. She also travels to Disney often and keeps me updated on the constantly changing attractions. I haven’t taken one of her river cruises yet, but that’s on my bucket list, and she will be my “go to” agent! When Covid is finally over, and it’s safe to travel widely again, I’ll be looking to Ashley to help me with planning my next vacation...I’m ready for beautiful water, beaches and restaurants somewhere exotic! I can’t say enough about how thorough Ashley is! I recommend her to anyone looking to book a trip whether traveling near or far!

We had a wonderful Disney vacation at the beginning of 2020 organized by Kelley with Small World Big Fun. The planning process was seamless and we felt confident going into our trip with all of the preparation and guidance she gave us. I initially felt a bit overwhelmed with all of the new technology since this was my first time traveling to Disney in over two decades, but Kelley helped us with every detail and was available for all questions (even during our week stay!). I highly recommend this company for any travel plans and look forward to planning our next family vacation with them.

Sarah has booked many, many of my family's vacations and has an attention to detail that is rare/hard to find. From start to finish, the process is seamless and easy. Anything we are interested in gets taken into consideration and worked into the plan, regardless of the size of the family traveling! If you are even remotely considering working with a travel agent, Sarah Jones is the ONLY agent I would consider.

THANK YOU SARAH!!! We just had the best family vacation to Disney. Sarah helped us plan it and it was truly magical! She took all my stress away!😅 I loved how easy she was to talk to!! Sarah was able to get every dining reservation we wanted and I’m so thankful she added the memory photo maker to our package. We took pictures everywhere! I would have missed out on priceless photos of my family that I will treasure forever if it weren’t for her. My husband looked at me in the middle of our trip and said “Text Sarah we need to put a deposit down on next years trip” Ha! Don’t have to ask me twice! Can’t wait to plan our next trip with her. Again, thank you Sarah!

Nikki Mott planned our 9 day disney vacation celebrating my mom’s retirement. As I sit here writing this, I am trying to find the right words and there simply are none. From start to finish and during our trip, Nikki was the kindest, most professional, and most patient person you could have around for all that goes into a trip like this. Disney world is such a vast and magical and having someone with her expertise took the stress out of planning. She booked our hotel, our additional activities, our dining reservations and even snagged us amazing deals. Not only that, but multiple times throughout the trip she checked in on my family. Nikki had the best insights and recommendations and always guided us to the best experience. Life is absolutely chaotic and while I love planning trips, I truly believe one would be remiss to not use the services of Small World Big Fun, especially Nikki for their next Disney adventure. Nikki now has a lifelong customer with my family! We already have a 2026 cruise planned and another trip to Disney in 2027. I can now impatiently wait wait for the booking time to open knowing my family and trips are in the best hands. Thank You, Small World Big Fun and Nikki for the best experience!
